I can't believe no one has written a review on this game yet, but I'll go ahead and be the first, and since this is the first review I've ever written, I want to say that I reserved it for the one game in a long time that really caught my eye.
As you can guess from the title, I'm a fan of the zombie game genre (one zombie/parasite/city game on this site in particular), and as I also mentioned in the title, this is the best game to come along since then. This is a plants/zombies-combined survival horror (with no blood or gore, of which I'm not really a fan). Some kind of infection has taken over the human race, turning most of them into different types of plant zombies - and the male ones are, of course, anxious to plant their seed.
The story is well-done and engaging (you have to leave your shelter because you're running out of supplies and find a new one to survive), and the game play is excellent - similar to Parasite in City in the since that you have a choice between melee combat (whacking the plant zombies with a pipe in this case) or shooting them with a handgun, and for this game you have the addition of being able to use Molotov cocktails.
It's challenging without being too difficult on the 'easy' setting, yet pretty difficult on 'normal' (I still haven't beaten the final boss on that difficulty setting). You can still unlock all the H scenes on 'easy' though ('normal' and 'easy' are the only two settings).
Also, your character can both lose clothing when she takes damage or you can actually make her take off her clothes bit by bit (in which case she gains health for each article of clothing she removes - which is a little bit of an odd way to do so, but whatever). There are also health packs, extra ammo and extra clothing you can find along the way.
Overall, I give this game a 9.5 out of 10 and am looking forward to further works from this author.
