On request, some pics of my small collection of Morris Guitars.
Starting with a 'before' picture of the very first I ever got : my good old Morris ES-175D.
I got this one when I was very young and ignorant around 1977/1978 (second hand!). It was in a bad shape : broken nut, no pickguard, lousy components. One of the first things I had to do was to replace the jack. While doing that I lost the little jackplate which I remember had a serial number stamped into it.
It's been almost fully restored now, but unfortunately, I'm missing the trussrod cover

I have a 1970 Morris A-12 six string acoustic which has mellowed very nicely with age. I love this guitar. Othat than that I don't know much about Morris guitars. Two major issues defined the progress of electric guitars for most of the seventies. 1) Companies outside North America vastly improved the quality of their guitar. 1962 Fender Telecaster Blonde Here is a super cool guitar. All original guitar that features a slab board rosewood fingerboard, a blonde finish.
